Preprint: Turning antenna speed into data faces extreme mechanical limits
In simulations, a receiver given angle information reached five index bits; an AoD-free version saturated at three, while the baseline antenna speed was 385 km/h.

Preprint tests a factorized design for predictive world models
Orthogonal JEPA records higher task scores in several comparisons and lower reported errors in molecular rollouts, while the paper warns that orthogonal factors are not automatically independent or interpretable.
Preprint: AI model estimates solar-flare peaks, but the strongest eruptions remain harder
A real-time strategy using GOES X-ray readings became more accurate near the flare peak, while its uncertainty coverage fell for X-class events.
Preprint reports flexible weak solutions and nonuniqueness for 3D Navier–Stokes
A constructive proof on the three-dimensional torus shows that weak solutions can approach many prescribed endpoint states, while nonuniqueness appears for a dense set of initial data.
Preprint identifies four exceptional Deza graphs in finite geometry
A symbolic classification finds four exceptional graphs beyond the tangency family in a quadric-based scheme; the full union problem in higher odd dimensions remains open.
Preprint claims finite steps toward resolving singularities in characteristic p
Its framework reaches a finite global construction for one frozen generation, but does not show that repeated rounds of the process terminate.
Preprint maps different critical scaling with and without dissipation
Calculations of the Dicke model recover distinct exponents in closed and open conditions, while ramp-speed results pass a Kibble–Zurek consistency check.
Preprint: Specialist veterinary AI matches a larger model on X-ray reports
V-REX reached reported micro-F1 scores of 0.34 to 0.4 on proprietary veterinary data, but the benchmark did not test clinical use.
Preprint finds strict measurement rules can force analysis onto one component
A mathematical study says preserving rankings under every allowed transformation leaves little room for non-dictatorial objective functions.
Preprint reports a single trajectory can generate spectra at multiple temperatures
Tests on four molecular systems reproduced several thermal spectral features, while the method’s scope remains limited when tunnelling or wavepacket splitting dominates the spectrum.
Preprint reports lower-error approximations for quantum cloud-cover models
Fourier and interpolation-based reconstructions often showed lower mean squared error in finite-shot tests, while hardware results remained entangled with calibration effects.
Preprint maps when a temporal graph problem is tractable—and when it is hard
Theoretical results give efficient algorithms in restricted two- and three-rank settings, while identifying NP-complete or NP-hard cases at three and four ranks.
Preprint reports higher local gradient integrability in nonlinear systems
A mathematical theorem says locally integrable forcing data can correspond to stronger local integrability of a weak solution’s gradient under specified assumptions.
Preprint: A Black-Hole Horizon Model Retains a Fingerprint of Singularity Order
A fixed-background calculation finds that matching two interactions at an outer radius still leaves their different radial behavior visible in a local spinor response.
Mathematical preprint finds nonlinear waves scatter except along finitely many moving directions
For forward-global, uniformly H1-bounded focusing Schrödinger solutions in five or more dimensions, the residual non-scattering component is confined to arbitrarily narrow spacetime cones around a finite set of asymptotic velocities.
Preprint: Controllers may need to trade short-term performance for learning
A review of four control strategies says exploration is essential when the parameters that matter most cannot be identified without probing.
Preprint ties a projection’s positivity to the structure of its range
A theorem-level analysis links complete positivity with complete-isometric range structure in selected noncommutative Lp-spaces, while counterexamples mark the limits.
Preprint Says Matter Leaves Key Features of “Freezing Gravity” Intact
An analytic cosmology study reports branch-dependent stability, a lower cutoff in one case and a scalar that freezes on large scales but remains dynamic on small ones.
Preprint projects steep rise in Europe’s modeled dengue risk
A scenario model found large increases in a risk indicator, but its projected scale and geography changed sharply with the climate model and emissions pathway.
Preprint: Black-hole images change little while some calculated gravitational-wave modes shift
A mathematical study of regular black holes and wormhole-like geometries reports strong dependence on the model’s bounce parameter in some quasinormal modes, but only small optical differences among black-hole cases.
