First Graphene agrees to buy Ionic Industries and Imagine Intelligent Materials assets for AU$250,000

First Graphene said it has entered a binding agreement to acquire key assets from Ionic Industries Inc. and its subsidiary Imagine Intelligent Materials for AU$250,000.

The company said the deal covers manufacturing infrastructure, intellectual property, development assets and sales and distribution channels. It also includes graphene coatings technology and geotextile applications, areas that First Graphene said fit its broader strategy.

According to the company’s announcement, settlement is expected within 90 days. The consideration is structured as cash and shares.

The transaction is a small but strategic expansion for First Graphene, adding assets that could support product development and commercialization in graphene-based coatings and related materials.
