Case Western Reserve University will raise parking rates by 3% for the 2026-27 fiscal year, the university said in an official announcement.

The new rates take effect July 1, 2026. The university said parking prices had not increased since fiscal year 2024-25.

New parking permits are available through Access Services in Crawford Hall, Room 18. Employees whose parking is already deducted from payroll do not need to take action; their permits will roll over into the next fiscal year.

The university’s parking pages also note that rates are subject to change after July 1 each year and that permit rate updates are typically posted in late May.

The increase is modest, but it will affect students, employees and other permit holders renewing for the new fiscal year.
