Sen. Ted Cruz said the Senate Commerce Committee will reconvene a full committee executive session on April 14 at 10:00 a.m. ET to consider nine bills and Coast Guard promotions.
The Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will reconvene a full committee executive session on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, Chairman Ted Cruz said in a committee notice.
The session is scheduled for Russell 253 and will be livestreamed on the committee website and YouTube.
The agenda includes nine bills and Coast Guard promotions, identified as PN 622.
The Senate’s public calendar also lists the Commerce Committee meeting for April 14 at 10:00 a.m., reinforcing the committee’s reset after an earlier postponement reported by trade press.
The new notice gives the committee a fresh date to take up the posted items, but it is not yet clear whether all agenda items will advance or whether additional changes will be made before the meeting.
