Chattooga County has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, May 19, on its completed FY2023 Community Development Block Grant project.

The county notice says the hearing will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the County Commission Office, 10102 Commerce Street in Summerville.

According to the posting, the meeting will cover the final quarterly report, project accomplishments, Section 3 information, and citizen comments.

The notice identifies the grant as Chattooga County's FY2023 CDBG project, grant number 23p-y-027-1-6335. It says the project involved water improvements in the Old Highway 27 Target Area Phase II and served 131 people.
