Church & Dwight said it has signed and closed a definitive agreement to acquire Miss Mouth’s Messy Eater for about $325 million, adding a fast-growing stain-remover brand to its consumer products portfolio.
The company said the transaction closed on Wednesday, May 28, 2026. In its announcement, Church & Dwight said the deal is expected to be neutral to 2026 earnings per share and accretive to cash earnings in 2027.
Reuters-reported coverage said Miss Mouth’s had about $80 million in net sales and $28 million in EBITDA for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The acquisition extends Church & Dwight’s presence in household and personal care products as it continues to build out brands aimed at everyday consumer cleaning needs.
