General Fusion says it will speak at several April energy conferences as it highlights its path to commercialization and a planned public listing.
General Fusion says it will use several April energy conferences to showcase its commercialization plan and its path to the public markets.
In an April 7 press release, the company said CEO Greg Twinney will speak at The Economist’s Fusion Fest in London on April 14. General Fusion also said Josh Nycholat will speak at the Energy Tech Summit in Bilbao on April 15 and 16, and that the company will attend the Canadian Nuclear Association Conference in Ottawa on April 28 through 30.
The company said the events will be used to outline its practical path to commercial fusion energy and its future public listing. That listing plan was first announced earlier this year through a proposed business combination with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III.
The Economist’s Fusion Fest agenda also lists General Fusion and Twinney for April 14, supporting the company’s announcement.
The April conference schedule adds a concrete near-term public timetable to General Fusion’s broader commercialization story as the fusion developer continues to position itself for a public-market debut.
