GRAIL said full results from its PATHFINDER 2 study, presented Sunday at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting, showed that its Galleri blood test increased cancer detection 6.5-fold compared with recommended screening alone.

The company said the study included 35,878 participants and reported a positive predictive value of 60.3%, an episode sensitivity of 69.8% for the 12 cancers responsible for two-thirds of U.S. cancer deaths, and a false positive rate below 0.4%.

According to GRAIL, the median time to diagnostic resolution was 48 days. The company also said invasive procedures followed positive results in 0.6% of safety-analyzable participants.
