OceanaGold begins trading on the NYSE under ticker OGC

OceanaGold’s common shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 7, 2026, under the ticker OGC.

The company said its U.S. listing has gone live and that quotation of its securities on U.S. OTC Markets has been discontinued. OceanaGold also said its shares continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the same ticker.

The move follows an April 1 company announcement that said the NYSE listing was expected to begin on April 7. The New York Stock Exchange also posted a listing celebration item for OceanaGold on the day of the debut.

The listing gives OceanaGold a higher-profile U.S. trading venue as it expands its market presence. The company’s shares are now available on both the NYSE and the TSX.

No further changes to the company’s capital structure were included in the materials reviewed.
