Ticketure said it has acquired the PatronManager business, with PatronManager saying customers’ existing workflows and contracts remain unchanged for now.

Ticketure said on April 21 that it has acquired the PatronManager business, in a deal aimed at combining ticketing and CRM tools for arts and cultural organizations.

The announcement was published by PR Newswire, and both companies’ websites now reflect the transition. PatronManager says it is now part of the Ticketure family.

PatronManager said existing workflows, support, contracts and pricing will remain unchanged for now.

Ticketure, which serves museums, zoos, aquariums, gardens and visitor attractions, said the acquisition is meant to unify its ticketing platform with PatronManager’s arts-focused CRM capabilities.

No financial terms were disclosed in the available reporting.

What happens next

The companies have not yet outlined a detailed integration timetable or any rebranding plans, so the immediate focus appears to be on continuity for existing customers while the businesses are brought together.
