Road closures
Police said road closures will be in effect from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on July 8.
Route 74, also known as West Main Street and East Main Street, will be closed between Elm Street and Court Street. St. Bernard's Terrace, Park Place and part of Park Street also will be closed.
Parking rules
Temporary no-parking zones will be posted in downtown Rockville and near Henry Park.
Parking will be prohibited on South Street, and some side streets will have one-side-only parking restrictions.
Officials also said public parking will be available inside Henry Park for $10 per vehicle. Walk-in admission to Henry Park will be $2. Vehicles entering the park should use South Street.
