Zeeco said it has finalized its acquisition of Melbourne-based Oil & Gas Technologies, expanding its vapor-control, loading and terminal automation footprint in Australia and Asia-Pacific.
Zeeco said it has completed its acquisition of Melbourne-based Oil & Gas Technologies, a deal that expands its presence in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
The company said the transaction adds capabilities in vapor recovery systems, tank truck loading systems, terminal automation and SCADA systems, along with related engineered solutions.
Hydrocarbon Engineering reported on May 7 that Zeeco had entered a definitive agreement to buy the Australian company. Zeeco’s announcement on May 18 confirmed the deal is now closed.
The acquisition gives Zeeco a broader footprint in downstream vapor-control and loading applications in a region where terminals and fuel-handling infrastructure are a key market for those services.
Zeeco did not disclose the transaction value in the materials reviewed.
The company said the acquisition expands both its technical capabilities and its regional presence across Australia and Asia-Pacific.
